Birthday Party Details….. Your certified coach will keep the kids busy with a variety of games, activities, and gymnastics skills. You will have full access to the “Birthday party area” for your sweet treats.
Examples of activities: Parachute, games, trampoline, tumble track, events (bars, floor, beams, vault), pit time, open gym time etc.
Every child participating in a birthday party will be required to have a parental signature on our waiver form. Waiver forms will be emailed and or can picked up in advance if needed.
Birthday parties are booked on Saturday and Sundays from September to June, and Saturdays ONLY for July and August.
A minimum of 50% deposit is required the day of booking your party and the remaining balance 1 week prior to the party date. Birthday party bookings should be made 14 days in advance to accommodate staffing.
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled party to be eligible for a refund. A $50.00 administration fee will be applied to your refund and is nonrefundable after the booking day. If your party needs to be rescheduled for any reason within the 7 days a $50.00 additional administration and re-booking fee will be applied.
Please advise that only one of the birthday child’s guardians may enter the floor to take photos. Any additional adults wishing to watch the party must do so from the viewing areas. Our party room accommodates up to 12 children as a maximum for the party. Should you wish to have additional children attend permission must be given and you must understand that seating accommodations will be limited in the party room.

Please respect our options listed below as the Blenheim Gymnastics club has partnered with sponsored businesses in Blenheim. We will not allow outside food for your party with the exception of: Birthday cake or cupcakes, small snacks (chips or pretzels), Fruit or Veggies.
Option 1: Golden Eagles Birthday
$200.00 – Price is for 8 children including the birthday child (Additional $8.00 per additional child up to 12)
Included: – 1.25 Hours in the gym as the first part of your party
– .75 hours in the party room (gifts, cake etc.) No entry back to the gym will be permitted after the first hour and 15 minutes is over
– use of one of our birthday party room
– gymnastics activities
Option 2: Pizza Golden Eagles Birthday
$250.00 – Price is for 8 children including the birthday child ($25.00 per extra Pizza needed) (Additional $8.00 per additional child up to 12)
Included: – 1.25 Hours in the gym as the first part of your party
– .75 hours in the party room (gifts, cake etc.) No entry back to the gym will be permitted after the first hour and 15 minutes is over
– 2 Pizza’s from Wayne’s (Sat), 2 Pizza’s from Alternate Pizza place around Wayne’s Schedule (Sun)
– Your choice of: – Cheese Pizza or – Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza
– a juice boxes for each child

Saturdays 1:30-3:30 or 4:00-6:00pm
Sundays 1:30-3:30pm or 4:00-6:00pm

Saturdays 11:00am-1:00pm, 1:30-3:30 or 4:00-6:00pm
